Barbell Fundamentals

Our classic introductory course for Olympic Lifting, Barbell Fundamentals covers everything you need to know to get started with the lifts.  A balanced approach of education, discussion, and practical application, this course is highly detailed in its instruction of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and Accessory lifts of Squats, Presses, and Deadlifts.  All good lifters begin with a solid foundation!

Super Total Meet!

What started as some internet smack talk quickly escalated into something.... greater!

Come out and show off those post holiday gainz! Tough Temple Barbell Club is hosting its first ever SUPER TOTAL meet! Each athlete will compete in the 5 lifts of Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift! This will be a throwdown of epic proportions!

Prizes and Bragging Rights abound. Winners we be declared based on Sinclair. Come out and show us what you got!
